The pear shape mount is finely embellished with round cut diamonds. 10 invisible set round cut diamonds adorn the top mount, while the lower mount comprises of 26 pave set round cut diamonds that lie in a neat row, forming a border around the top. The shank is carved of marquise mounts, 3 on each side. These marquise mounts are each decorated with 2 prong set round cut diamonds, a total of 12 diamonds on all mounts.
