However, daily wear and tear and can deteriorate the precious metals causing gemstone and diamond loss. Your Premier Lifetime Warranty™ can help you enjoy your diamond & jewelry for many years to come.

Through the years jewelry needs maintenance in order to protect diamonds & gemstones. Your upgraded Premier Lifetime Warranty provides you with FREE service & maintenance for the life of your jewelry. This includes unlimited sizings, prong repair, head replacement, re-shanking, chain soldering, clasp repair, channel repair and rhodium plating.

What’s Not Covered: Andrews Jewelers will not cover accidental loss, theft, damage, or complete replacement when maintenance can no longer be made on completely worn-out items. It is highly recommended that you attain jewelry insurance to protect you from loss, theft, or damage.

For as long as you own your diamond Andrews Jewelers will guarantee it’s safety. Should your diamond fall-out or become lost from the mounting; we will provide a replacement diamond of the exact size and quality at no cost to you.

Please note we do not cover diamonds lost due to damage. For the life of your jewelry, Andrews Jewelers guarantees that your mounting will be free of defects in materials and craftsmanship. We will repair or replace the mounting at no cost to you if any problem should ever arise.

Nothing is more helpful to the longevity of your jewelry than cleanings. Our cleaning process lifts dirt and abrasives away from your gemstones and prongs. This prevents wear and will keep your jewelry looking amazing and brilliant. For the life of your item(s) Andrews Jewelers will clean and thoroughly check them free of charge.

Please note that to keep your Premier Lifetime Warranty valid you must have your jewelry cleaned and inspected every 6 months. This needs to be documented in the Inspections History on this warranty form. In addition, all recommended repairs must be performed to keep the warranty valid.

Your diamond always has a home at Andrews Jewelers and you may trade-in your diamond for another diamond for as long as you own it. At any point in time, we will give you a credit for the full amount originally paid for your center diamond toward a new diamond.

The new diamond purchase price must be at least twice the amount awarded for the original stone. We will not award the original sales tax paid and can’t take the original setting or jewelry on trade.
