Can you deliver my order on a Saturday?
If you choose upgraded shipping and would like your item received on a Saturday we will be happy to ensure its arrival.
What company do you ship your items through?
Primarily, we ship through the United States Postal Service because it is the safest way to transport your purchase. However we also use Federal Express when necessary.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all purchases and normal delivery times are typically 2-5 days from the date of purchase. Expedited shipping which gets your item to you in 1-2 days is $30.
How will my jewelry be shipped?
Your item is shipped with a gift box ready for presentation to your loved one It will be placed in a protective outer box and sent through the USPS and is insured against damage or loss.
What is your refund policy?
All non-custom or special order items are eligible for a full refund for 30 days from the date of pickup in store or delivery to your house. Items that are custom made or altered, engraved, or personalized are not eligible for refund.
Do you perform on-site jewelry repairs?
Andrews Jewelers has a an onsite jewelry workshop with in-house jewelers with over 70 years experience repairing and refurbishing your precious heirlooms.
Do you provide same-day jewelry repairs or alterations?
For a modest extra fee, Andrews Jewelers craftsman can repair, alter, or size your jewelry the same day. It is recommended that you call ahead to give us a heads up of your need for express service.
