This gorgeous precious Sapphire and diamond pendant is a true statement of glamour and luxury. It features at the heart of the pendant, a captivating 6X4 MM pear cut Sapphire, exuding vibrant green hues. Surrounding the emerald, a starburst design radiates outward, created by rows of dazzling round cut diamonds.
