Tiny bar shape projections that shoot out of the oval mount, depicting the petals of the flower, are embellished with two pave set round cut diamonds each. The pointed tip shank is further enhanced by pave set round cut diamonds on either side. Thick milgrain can be seen around the center mount, while a thinner milgrain finish is visible on the shank.
