Price Guarantee Guidelines
Verification
Opposing item and price must be verifiable and published on a competing website
Time Limit
Price Guarantee must be exercised no later than 30 calendar days from the date of your sales receipt.
Exact Match
Item must have exact matching specifications including metal type, carat weight, color and clarity.
Disqualification
Andrews Jewelers reserves the right to deem an opposing item "Disqualified" from the Price Guarantee.
All Andrews Jewelers decisions are final and can’t be disputed.
