We'll also supply a packet of support materials to properly care for your item and insure it. This packet will include:

- Any applicable diamond certification

Shipping Policies
If your order is valued at $500 or more Andrews Jewelers requires a signature for delivery of the item. This is to protect the item from being lost or stolen during shipping and of course is in your best interest to do so. If you would like to make special delivery arrangements for your item please contact a Andrews Jewelers representative at 716-630-7091.
When your order is shipped it will be insured for the entire value of the item you have purchased. Please check the item for damage or tampering while the delivery person is in your presence. If the item appears to be damaged or tampered with please notify him/her immediately and have them provide proof of your report.
